"Frankenstein Vs. The Creature From Blood Cove" DVD Now Available For Only $14.98

Since its debut last October, Frankenstein fans aroundthe world have embraced WILLIAM WINCKLER'S FRANKENSTEIN VS. THE CREATUREFROM BLOOD COVE, offering glowing reviews and unprecedented sales. Now, as athank you to his many supporters -- and as a result of successful overseasdistribution deals -- producer/director William Winckler has lowered the film's suggested retail price to only $14.98. Available at such popular online retailers like Amazon.com. The DVD features not only the 90-minute film but alsonumerous extras, including a director's commentary track, "making of" featurette and the theatrical trailer.

"The film's fans have been fantastic, holding viewing parties, callingretailers to request the DVD, and in general spreading the word about themovie," says Winckler, who also wrote the screenplay and independently financed the picture. The black-and-white adventure -- designed as an homage to vintage Universal-style horror films and old-fashioned Atomic Age creature features-- takes place in a remote laboratory near the California coast, where atrio of scientists have resurrected Frankenstein's monster in a misguided attempt to use his colossal strength for good. However, as part of the same diabolical experiment, a half-human amphibian abomination has also been unleashed. Both creatures are determined to destroy one another, wreaking havoc throughout the isolated coastal community.
