Uncut Friday The 13TH coming on DVD

Over at the Fridaythe13thfilms.com blog, a reporter who attended The Scare Fest in Lexington, KY reports that a representative from Paramount Home Entertainment confirmed an uncut release of the original Friday The 13TH on a Special Edition DVD next year. The classic slasher will be fully restored, with several lengthier gore scenes intact.
