'Chemical Wedding' Movie Poster

Here is the poster for Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson's upcoming supernatural horror-thriller inspired by noted occultist Aleister Crowley called "Chemical Wedding".

"Chemical Wedding" wrapped principal photography in September with Julian Doyle at the helm. The film stars Simon Callow as a reincarnation of Crowley, once dubbed "the most evil man in Britain." Callow's character, Haddo, is a shy, stuttering professor.

The film will be released in Britain and Ireland by Warner Bros. The studio also has a first-look option on other territories.

Reuters has posted a five-minute interview with Bruce Dickinson about "Chemical Wedding". Bruce Dickinson-penned Chemical Wedding starts shooting

Screen Daily reported that Chemical Wedding, a supernatural horror film scripted by Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson, is finally rolling under the direction of Julian Doyle, editor of Terry Gilliam’s Brazil and Time Bandits. Produced by London-based Focus Films, the movie stars Simon Callow as a Cambridge professor who becomes a reincarnation of notorious occultist Aleister Crowley (a role that, at various points, Malcolm McDowell and Roger Daltrey were said to be attached to); John (Mirrors) Shrapnel, Kal Weber, Terence Bayler and Geoff Breton also star. Dickinson, who released the pictured solo album of the same title in 1998, will also provide the film’s soundtrack.
