Hellraiser Remake Date Anounced

After deciding to rewrite the screenplay, Dimension Films has announced a new date for their remake of Hellraiser, which will be helmed by Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury. Pinhead will once again grace the big screens on January 9, 2009.

An unfaithful wife encounters the zombie of her dead lover, who's being chased by demons after he escaped from their sado-masochistic Hell.

Hellraiser: 20th Anniversary Edition DVD Specs

Final specs have come in for Starz Home Entertainment's upcoming Hellraiser: 20th Anniversary Edition.

Davis DVD reports that the DVD will come featuring a 1.85 anamorphic transfer, with Dolby Digital 5.1 & 2.0 Surround tracks, extras include an audio commentary with writer/director Clive Barker and actress Ashley Laurence moderated by screenwriter Peter Atkins, "Hellraiser: Resurrection," "Mr. Cotton, I Presume?"
