Cannibal
Ferox (Make
Them Die Slowly)
(1981)
"The
following feature is one of the most violent
films ever made. There at least two dozen scenes of
barbaric torture and sadistic cruelty graphically
shown. If the presentation of disgusting and
repulsive subject matter upsets you, please do not
view this film."
Italian
exploitation legend Umberto Lenzi who gave birth to the cannibal
subgenre of Italian horror made one of the all time classics
of the genre with this 1981 effort, a blunt, brutal story
of five New Yorkers who face the wrath of angry Amazon cannibals.
Shot on
location in the savage Amazon wilds of South America, Cannibal
Ferox is one of the mosy violent and shocking films ever made.
This film has it all for the classic Italian horror fan. Such
as gouged eyeballs, the infamous head slice scene, castration
as well a being filled with real animal cruelty and many more
moments of gore galore. Banned in 31 countries Cannibal Ferox
is still a good old fashoned bloody fun cannibal adventure
for fans of horror and gore. The groovy soundtrack is another
bonus for this great horror adventure.
They
must now pay for their crimes with blood and pain.
For what they have done, MAKE THEM DIE SLOWLY. |
